• Team Composition: Physician, Supervisor, Nerve Conduction Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Registration Interviewer
• Work Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
• Patient Distribution: 90% Outpatient; 10% Inpatient
