Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join Atlantic Urogynecology in Morristown, New Jersey. As a vital member of our esteemed healthcare network, you will be based at our outpatient practice in Morristown. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for both new graduates with an interest in urogynecology and experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) with prior experience. This position offers a great work/life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.

In this role, the APC will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to urogynecology patients. With a designated patient panel, the APC will assume responsibility for patient care and a spectrum of procedures, including urodynamic testing, bladder installation, PTNS, and more. Atlantic Urogynecology takes pride in its Urogynecology fellowship program, offering the APC an opportunity to actively engage in program didactics, contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required
• Current APN/PA Certification from an accredited program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• BLS certification is required
• Urogynecology experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
