FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Work with our experienced nursing team to optimize patients prior to surgery
• Collaborate with anesthesia as needed for complex cases
• Well supported and collaborative environment
• High level of communication skills required

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment

• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
