We are seeking a CRNA to do advanced cases in an outpatient independent setting. You will work a 4 day week with no call doing spines, total joints, podiatry and other cases. This is an all CRNA team with a great culture and work environment. Choose W2 with excellent benefits, or 1099 at $175/hr, all with a great work-life balance. A $30K sign-on bonus is also being offered. The area has recreation opportunities abound, including skiing, hiking, biking, and kiteboarding, with the Cascade Mountains nearby. Its quaint historic downtown is home to a vibrant arts, culture, and music scene, delicious dining, pubs and breweries, and family-oriented festivals year-round!
