Maintenance/Grounds Supervisor
OverviewThis position is responsible for daily maintenance and grounds operations, which includes workflow and operational integrity of the facility and its equipment. This position supervises the maintenance and grounds staff, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately, lending expertise when needed. This position is responsible for overseeing building maintenance preventative and corrective work to the facility, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing. Oversees the monitoring of building equipment maintenance procedures, and ensures safety guidelines and procedures are followed. Pay & Benefits: Wage: $33.12 to $53.00 hourly wag
