Touchette Regional Hospital is a "safety net" hospital serving the St. Louis Metro East. As the recent recipient of a state of Illinois Healthcare Transformation and Capital Investment Grant, the organization can vastly improve their mission delivery through development of physical spaces enhancing the ability to provide high-quality, impactful programs and services to those they serve.

The Hospital seeks a dynamic orthopedic surgeon to participate in the direction of this unique rebuilding and reshaping opportunity and to better serve a community historically lacking in specialist care.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
- General orthopedic surgery job; full support of Hospital to develop a subspecialty program of interest (total joint or sports are good complements)
- Support of Hospital to design your schedule, hire APPs to support growth, and obtain additional equipment as needed
- You will have a full practice quickly from existing referrals and four high-producing PCPs that have committed to the Hospital.
- Flexibility to design a comp package that reflects your preferred scope of practice, schedule, and admin responsibilities. Proposed package for FT schedule:
Base guarantee=$700k
Medical Directorship available
50k signing bonus
Production bonus with earnings potential in the 90th %ile
