Why M Physicians?
The Urology Department at M Physicians provides a wide range of services for the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the kidneys, ureters and bladder, including cancers of the kidneys, ureters, bladder and prostate. Our team of professions treats benign conditions such as enlargement of the prostate, incontinence, kidney stones, impotence and much more. Urology is a surgical practice, so we do many procedures in the office (cystoscopy, vasectomy and treatments for benign prostate enlargement). While patients of all ages may need to see a urologist, we see only adult patients.
What you will do as a Triage RN:
- Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs
- Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
- Evaluates care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes
- Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services
What you will need:
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS certification
- 5+ years of clinical RN experience
- Patient education and pro-active disease management experience

Hours: 40 hours / week
