St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for Saugerties Wellness Center primary care office located in Saugerties, New York. Saugerties Wellness Center has been providing patient-centered primary care in Ulster and Greene Counties since 1998.

The ideal candidate will be patient centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve. This practice is an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

This is a full-time position with hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:30 am - 5 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certification, NYS licensure and DEA required
• At least one to two years of relative experience is required
• Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
