Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join the Cedar Mill Primary Care clinic on the West side of Portland. This position will work collaboratively with Cedar Mill primary care providers. This team has established strong integrated workflows under the patient centered medical home model. • Ideal candidate will have training or experience in Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model focusing on short-term, brief interventions and team-based care
