Mercy in Springfield, Missouri is recruiting primary care physicians with a specialty interest in patients aged 65 and older who want to build lasting and meaningful relationships, focus on wellness, change lives, and make a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!

• $300,000 guaranteed salary with no wRVU/production requirements
• Value-based care - adequate time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives, multiple touch points throughout the year
• Small panel size allows you to see patients as often as needed
• Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support
• Clinic focused and dedicated to meet senior?s needs
• In-person, virtual, or telephone encounters - annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
• Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
• Guaranteed annual salary not dependent on wRVUs or production
• 30 minute - 1 hour appointment slots for all patients - adequate time without rush
• Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
