Job Description

Per Diem - Orthopedic Oncology Office Practice

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Per Diem RN in our Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact.

Role Overview:

• Work within an Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of ambulatory orthopedic oncology patients.
• Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient and family education.
• Conduct telephone triage, utilizing clinical judgment to determine urgency of symptoms and provide appropriate guidance and management.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.

Key Qualifications:

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5 - 2 years of oncology experience strongly preferred
• Ambulatory care experience strongly preferred

Pay Range : $79.00hr

• Location: Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion, 160 East 53rd Street, NY, NY 10022
• Schedule: Per Diem Flex Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM
