Occupational Therapy Assistant
Occupational Therapy Assistant will be responsible for CLC (LTC/STR) treatments to veteran/patients according to the North Florida/South Georgia VAMC mission and the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation guidelines. These treatments will include a wide variety of inpatient diagnosis such as Parkinson's, stroke, movement disorders, amputations, joint replacements, etc. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Successful completion of an associate degree in occupational therapy from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
