Accountable for day to day operations of the Childlife Specialists, Canines for Coping, Arts in Medicine, Music Therapy, and Caring House program Including effective management of clinical systems, human resources, financial management, and environmental management. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments, physicians, and exhibits the ability to work with others to find solutions to difficult human, technical, or administrative problems. Must be able to adjust to and lead others through a rapidly changing environment. As a clinician, evaluates patients and families to provide therapeutic, developmentally appropriate interventions.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's preferred.
• Child Life Specialist preferred.

Experience:

• 5 years clinical experience in Child Life Program with exhibited leadership abilities.
• demonstrated track record of effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Program and initiative development, promotion, execution, and assessment (verified through references).
