Conducts, facilitates, and supplies providers with EMR and workflow support and training. Supports efforts to improve and adapt workflows and processes that adhere to the EMR model system and align with current best practice standards. Coordinates and collaborates among clinical areas, Information Technology Services, and ancillary departments, to resolve EMR and clinical application issues. Assesses customer education needs and provides training and support in the effective use of information systems applications. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of EMR and clinical applications, capabilities, functions, configuration, end user equipment, provider workflows, and clinical processes. Promotes user efficiency and improved user experience.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Associate degree or suitable work experience.
• 3 years work clinical experience in a health care setting or educational experience.
• Some foundational knowledge of EMR and clinical applications capabilities, functions, configuration, end user equipment, workflows, and clinical processes.
• Must complete all required EMR/application coursework and obtain applicable credentialing within 3 months of assignment.
• Previous experience with clinical applications primarily used by Benefis is highly preferred.
• Current MT state nursing licensure preferred.
