Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist - Per Diem, Union
Atlantic Health System is seeking a well-qualified Per Diem Occupational Therapist with specialty training in pelvic floor rehabilitation to work in our Union Campus. Job responsibilities as follows: Evaluation of both male and female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Establish ongoing plan of care for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Documentation to be completed in the EMR. Works collaboratively within the team unit. Meets all safety requirements in relation to organizational, department and Joint Commission standards.
