Clinton Memorial Hospital is seeking a Director of Growth, Outreach, Marketing and Communications

This role is responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other area hospitals (where appropriate), community groups and other potential referral sources in the hospitals' service area. This position primarily focuses on developing facility referral relationships with the providers in the service area, with the goal of maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a target list of referral sources, an annual marketing plan and providing input in the development and implementation of marketing plans for all service lines. You will report on the activity level and outcome of activities on a regular basis, focusing on increases in volume and/or addressing issues. The focus will be to strive continuously to make improvements that result in better patient experiences in our facilities for both patients and providers.

Responsible for the development and oversight of marketing and communications strategies, working collaboratively with all departments to ensure all collateral materials, advertisements, communications, and activities accurately reflect and support the company?s brand and message expectations.

Required:
?    Associate?s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
?    2 years of Marketing and Communications experience.
?    Valid Ohio Driver?s License and meets additional criteria defined in our Driver Eligibility Policy.
?    Possesses qualities that are innovative, adaptive, insightful, persuasive, methodical, organized, comprehensive, and enterprising.
?    Exhibits responsibility and accountability in alignment with legal, ethical, professional, educational, and personal development goals.
?    Requires knowledge of regulatory agency standards related to healthcare organizations

Preferred:
?    Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Marketing or related field.
?    Minimum of 3-5 years Medical and/or Pharmacy Sales Experience preferred
?    5 years of Marketing and Communications experience.
?    Experience at a strategic level interacting with the medical community, other hospitals & community groups strongly preferred
?    Experience developing referral relationships with providers strongly preferred
