North Coast Ophthalmology is seeking a full-time Ophthalmology physician to join its private practice serving patients throughout Humboldt County. This position will primarily be at a full-spectrum outpatient clinic, but since the practice also has exclusive access to the ambulatory surgery center, Humboldt Physicians Surgery and Laser Center, you can expect to participate in eye surgeries as well. The role will also inherit a fully established patient panel, call is split evenly amongst all physicians, and you will have the opportunity to become a shareholder of the clinic and ambulatory surgery center. - Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
- Call is split evenly amongst all physicians
- Mix of outpatient clinic work and eye surgeries

- Must be able to perform Cataract Surgeries
- Glaucoma experience is a plus
- Compensation is between $300,000 and $325,000 per year

- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
