(Full-Time, Variable) RN Resident (Bend)RN Resident Cohort Starts 03/31/25A resident nurse is a registered nurse whose clinical experience after graduation is less than twelve (12) months. A resident nurse shall be hired for a specific unit and assigned a designated preceptor. It is an expectation that the period of residency will be a total of twelve (12) months with three (3) of those months actively working with a preceptor. At the successful completion of the first three (3) months of residency, the Resident will apply to open Full-Time RN position(s) on their home unit.
