Job Summary Available Sterile Processing Supervisor Positions:
3:00pm - 11:30 pm / Weekend and Holiday Rotation
11:00pm - 7:00am / Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Under general supervision of the manager, the Sterile Processing Supervisor directs daily activities of the department's respective area staff. May include varying shifts. To fulfill various ancillary functions such as processing of the used surgical instrumentation, assembling, wrapping, and restocking storage areas. Receive and dispense supplies and equipment. Perform cleaning , preparation, and sterilization duties in Central Sterile Processing as directed. Works interdepartmentally with all areas serviced by Central Sterile Processing.

Qualifications Education Requirements
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
High School Diploma - OR - GED
Experience
Three years as a central sterile processor
OR Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician/Sterile Processing program with two years of experience required
Certification and Licensure
Certification as a Certified Central Sterile Supply Technician HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM), (CRCST) or (CHL)
