• 7-on/7-off schedule with 1 block of PTO; shifts are from 7 pm - 7 am
• Procedures preferred (will train)
• Average 8 - 12 patients per shift
• Nocturnist coverage is 1 - 2 physicians plus 2 NPs
• A mid-level provider works a swing to help out from 2 pm - 2 am
• BC IM or FP and H-1Bs are cap exempt
