Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Partner Engagement Consultant

Role Overview:

• Using a consultative approach, build relationships with MSK Direct employers and unions across the healthcare ecosystem to increase awareness of and use of MSK for cancer related needs.
• Ensure that clients are deriving significant value from their relationship with MSK Direct and are consistently engaged.
• Collaborate closely with clients and MSK Direct Marketing team to optimize all engagement opportunities with covered lives.
• Lead and organize virtual and on-site promotional events to create year-round awareness of MSK Direct
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Product Development and Legal to deliver best in class service and opportunities to partners.
• Be proficient in understanding and delivery of client utilization data reporting to partners.
• Serve as an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and responsive member of the MSK Direct team with the goal of ensuring that anyone impacted by cancer knows about the many benefits of seeking care at MSK.

Key Qualifications:

• The ability to independently navigate through complex situations on behalf of multiple clients.
• Experience in a health care including an understanding of current trends, claims/finance and benefit strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners, including C-suite.
• Fluent in presentation techniques, public speaking and sales strategy

Additional Information:

• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
• Location: Hybrid; 1-2 days a week at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
• Reporting to: Director, New Markets
• Pay Range: $120,200.00-$192,300.00
