The Incumbent works within the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Model serving as a Clinical or Counseling Psychologist. Incumbent works closely with the physician team lead, nurse case manager and other primary care staff to provide assessment, counseling, and mental health support for complex cases. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
