- Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
- 3 -4 day work week is an option
- No call, 100% outpatient

Requirements
- Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
- 1+ years' experience as an advanced provider preferred
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
- Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
- IN License or eligible
