If you are located in the Las Vegas, NV market, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Apply critical-thinking and sound clinical judgement as part of job processes
Works with minimal guidance/supervision; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Translates concepts into practice
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Collaborates effectively with different members of the Team, inter-departmental colleagues, and enterprise clients/partners
Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Required Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted license RN license in the State of Nevada
2+ years of clinical experience as an RN
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Access to high speed internet
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of case management experience
Experience with utilization management/prior authorizations

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
