The role you’ll contribute:
Oversees strategy to provide comprehensive care coordination for complex patients.
Support strategic planning for evolving quality care work plan consistent with organizational priorities.
Monitor key performance indicators, allocate resources, and build strategic internal and external partnerships to deliver best in class programs.
Partner with key organizational stakeholders to establish and integrate programs, networks, or services necessary to successfully manage risk contracts through full implementations and/or pilots
Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have the greatest strategic impact, including the education of management and staff
The value you’ll bring to the team: The Senior Manager Quality Programs is responsible for the successful planning and execution of key strategic activities that will enable the rapid advancement of high-performance quality of care operations. This quality position will partner closely with operations, analytics, clinical leadership and training including all areas of population health operations. The Senior Manager Quality Programs will develop tactics to meet program goals and metrics and participate in key leadership meetings to collaborate cross-departmentally communicating and holding teams accountable to progress against program objectives and goals. The Senior Manager Quality Programs will oversee the planning and daily work of the Specialty Efficiency Coordinators.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Leadership experience, minimum 1 year.
One (1) to three (3) years health care experience.
RN, LPN license
Knowledge of and ability to utilize in-house and external resources.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree preferred
2 years of healthcare leadership experience
3 years in health care or physician group experience
