Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Care
This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is located within Primary Care at the Waterloo VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Waterloo, IA, serving as a member of a VHA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), a patient-centered medical home model of care that is accessible, timely, coordinated, continuous, comprehensive, and compassionate. The PACT LPN performs non-standard and specialized Licensed Practical Nurse activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
