Summary of Job Purpose The Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the Team, is responsible for providing quality patient care by demonstrating clinical competence, participating in ongoing quality assessment, and providing direction to ancillary staff in an acute care facility. Participates in transformational partnership integrated health care delivery model. Essential Job Responsibilities Patient Assessment - Performs a thorough and ongoing nursing assessment, including appropriate admission assessment of patient and support systems.
