The Clinical Social Worker is a critical position at the Columbia VA Health Care System within the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program. The social worker functions as a case manager for the Grant and Per Diem and Contract Housing Programs within HCHV under the guidance of Social Work Service. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
