Description

Join a world-class health organization committed to Magnet® designated nursing excellence. As a Manager in the ECT Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and supporting the clinical team. In this position, you will:
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring effective interventions and task delegation.
  • Assess learning needs for patients, families, and staff, providing clinical education to enhance care quality.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Manage internal and external ECT referral sources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Targeted Salary range: $116,500-$282,300/annual

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with the following qualifications:
  • Current valid California RN license, required
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, one of which must be in Nursing, required
  • Specialty Nursing Certification, preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of acute inpatient mental health nursing experience, required. 
  • Procedural area experience, preferred
  • Previous management or leadership experience, required
  • BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), required; ACLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), preferred
  • Business development experience, preferred
