SALARY:
$20.00 to $22.00+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Assist faculty with their planning and execution of curricular activities including labs, lectures, quizzes, and small group activities.
Assist faculty with posting their teaching materials into the Learning Management System.
Assist Department Chair with calendar.
Track student attendance.
Order and receive supplies for the department, including submission of requisitions.
Schedule departmental meetings and other departmental events as assigned.
Assist faculty in organizing work-related travel and reimbursement requests.
Serve as support staff and record keeper to assigned committees including scheduling, attending, and taking minutes.
Perform general office support duties including maintaining electronic and paper files, answering phones, completing reports, creating correspondence, proofreading, maintaining office equipment, and overall department organization.
Assist with departmental budget management and tracking.
Help build a culture that respects, values, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Other duties as assigned by the Chair of the Biomedical Sciences Department or chair’s designee.
Qualifications
Assist administration, faculty, and staff in special projects as necessary.
