IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians, part of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a Non-Invasive/General Cardiologist to join a well-established and collegial team of 12 Physicians and 12 advanced providers. Practice medicine in a university community within a diverse cultural environment, located in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana! Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, if desired. Experience in reading CTA and/or MRI is preferred but not required. 

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (with 1 day off every other week)
• 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient 
• Patient volume includes: 16/day in office & 15-18/day in hospital 
• Weekday call; 1:6 and Weekend call is 1:5
• Robust volume of Nuclear and TEE imaging with room to grow the CT and MRI programs 
• Clinical outpatient (only) outreach to other location(s) 1 day per week 

Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in Cardiology, required
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Visa sponsorship available; H-1B and J1 (2026)

The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center opened in December 2021.
