DescriptionAnalyze specimens according to section procedures and policies, ensuring the appropriateness of the sample. Accurately apply the test procedures, confirm unusual results, and reviews and reports all results according to laboratory policy to enable clinicians to perform accurate patient assessments.RequirementsEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent required.CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: CLS (NCA),MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification as a medical technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist as required.
