Social Worker - Case Manager - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program
This position is a Social Work Case Manager on an interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team. The position provides a variety of clinical services, including same day access, initial psychosocial evaluations, crisis intervention/support, case management, and serves as the Mental Health Treatment Coordinator for the team. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
