SPECIAL SKILLS: General knowledge of computers; computer logic controllers; automated control and energy management systems; maintenance and repair of healthcare mechanical, electrical, medical gas, and HVAC systems; repair and maintenance of water and DX type chillers; operation and control of indoor pools; familiar with aspects of HVAC commissioning; operation, repair, and troubleshooting of steam generation and distribution systems. OTHER: 5 years experience and extensive knowledge of: steam generation and distribution systems, natural gas and fueloil components, pressure vessels; fluid pumping systems; heat exchanger systems; closed loop heating and cooling fluid systems; automated logic controls.
