Senior Cook Supervisor, FT Days
The Food Service Supervisor (FSS) works under the supervision of the Patient Services Manager and is responsible for the supervision of personnel in all aspects of food service (receiving, storage, food preparation, serving and sanitation for Jazzman’s Café, Tower Cafeteria, Meals on Wheels, Patient Trayline/Main Kitchen, DDR and Catering). Reports to the Patient Services Manager and functions as a liaison/communicator between the staff and the manager. The FSS ensures that HACCP is utilized at all times, that equipment is maintained properly and in optimal working condition at all times, assists with or prepares employee work schedules, assists with training, and cleanliness of kitchen/cafeteria.
