The incumbent provides direct patient care activities under the supervision of the registered nurse. May be trained for specific functions such as phlebotomy, 12- lead EKG's, Health Unit Coordinator clerical functions, or telemetry monitoring.Assists with/performs appropriate nursing tasks for patients. Maintains positive and constructive professional working relationships with patients, families, medical staff, volunteers, and co-workers.
