The Position:
Join a team of four other ENT physicians with APP support.
Extra compensation for the oversight of a local audiology practice.

Monday - Friday with protected admin time

One full day of OR

Academic faculty appointment if desired with adjacent medical school

Compensation / Benefits:

Guaranteed salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years

Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions

More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME

Recruitment incentives include generous signing bonus and residency stipend ($75K), relocation expenses and physician concierge services
