DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the Connie Frank Kidney Transplant Center Clinic Manager and the AN III.  Perform the functions of receptionist, pre-register all new patients, assess new patients for insurance pre-certification; encounter all patients using the Care Connect system, update demographic and insurance data as necessary; prepare billing and medical record documents for pt. visits; communicate with back office staff regarding problems and specific circumstances;  complete all receipts required for cash payments, including charge card payments, and make deposits to the finance office; perform appointment scheduling tasks
