BJC is looking for a Data Analytics Analyst Lead for a remote position (must be located in MO or IL). The role involves data abstraction and analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, with preference given to those familiar with SQL, R, and Epic.

Role Purpose
The Lead Data Analytics Analyst will perform team lead duties, including guidance and management of work efforts, scheduling, reporting to management, and delegating/prioritizing workloads within the Analytics team. This position will interact with stakeholders from all business units and shared services and will work closely with project and functional managers to plan the Analytics efforts, determine how data will be collected, scrutinized and presented, and document how deliverables will be reviewed for quality and consistency. The individual in this position will be expected to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement, offer recommendations, and partner with leadership to identify strategies for accomplishing departmental objectives.
