Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY 1. Escorts patients to rooms, takes and records accurate history and vitals. Promptly reports changes or abnormalities to clinician.2. Assists clinician with examinations, assists with procedures as requested.3. Cleans exam rooms and maintains equipment by proper cleaning and care. Keeps exam rooms properly stocked with medical supplies, laboratory supplies, forms, and other materials needed.4. Triages phone calls, documents information from patients via telephone, and translates information to physicians for response. Places return calls as directed by physicians.5. Calls pharmacies to refill prescription
