The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Child Outpatient Psychologist.
The Child and Adolescent Section has a strong clinical and community based academic program. This position offers an excellent opportunity for clinical work with child and adolescent patients who have a wide range of presenting problems. It can also involve teaching and supervision of pre-doctoral clinical psychology students from some the area’s top PhD programs as well as of psychiatry residents and child psychiatry fellows. In addition to these duties, development of new and innovative services, participation in research projects, community education, as well as academic presentations of clinical and research related work are greatly encouraged and supported.

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range : $114,051 - $146,841
