FTE: 0.0, Shift: Variable, Schedule: This is a Per Diem position that requires a minimum of 2 shifts per month and availability to work every 3rd weekend; the shifts can be variable (morning or evening)

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions
• You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records
• You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work
• You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
• You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service

Requirements

• Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
• Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)
