Summary:
Responsible for oversight and management of multiple clinical & community health areas on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for day-to-day activities of service line operations. Ensures that the hospital?s mission and core values are evident in the service delivered to customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to problem-solve.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Team-building skills and coaching skills.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting required.
- Must have supervisory and leadership ability and be able to make immediate judgments and decisions.
- Current Louisiana RN License.
- BLS Certification required.
