The role you’ll contribute:

This position manages the implementation and future growth of the Foundation’s Giving Programs, to include annual and major gifts, physician and employee giving, grateful patient giving, capital campaigns, special events, and planned giving. This position is accountable for exemplifying Leadership Standards of behavior to patients, clients, board members, physicians, co-workers, and vendors. This position is instrumental in ensuring the Foundation’s financial growth and meeting yearly philanthropic goals.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·       Manage and implement grateful patient giving program and physician engagement. Assist with employee and physician campaigns as well as manage mailings, newsletters and digital appeals related to grateful patient, employee and physician giving.

·       Responsible for identifying and cultivating yearly support from physicians and internal stakeholders to develop a robust culture of philanthropy throughout the hospital.

·       Manages the creation and the implementation of the Grateful Patient Program. Compose and edit internal and external communication tools to increase philanthropic support.

·       Responsible for strategically aligning hospital needs with Foundation support.

·       Create and analyze donor programs for present and future viability including special events.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·       Bachelor of Arts/Science required.

·       Seven years of experience in Development required.

·       Demonstrated experience in major gift acquisition required.

·       Current Driver’s License
