Job DescriptionEducation Specialist, full time, daysExempt positionJOB SUMMARY: The Education Specialist coordinates and teaches in Hospital and Nursing orientation programs, inservices, continuing education courses, and community programs. The Education Specialist plans for education programs based on the individual needs of team members and the goals of UM/UCH. Acts as a resource/consultant to the team members in meeting education needs and/or patient/family needs. The scope of patient care is primarily ages 18 and above. Education Specialists with documented competencies in the care of neonates through elderly will act as a resource person to the
