SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count-out, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Working on Pharmacy Technician certification. 1 year of Pharmacy experience, including preparation of IV solutions
