Overview:
36 hrs/wk; 5:30p-6a, 3 days/wk. Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints. Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments. Ensures shift operational standards are met including: response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and/or transfer, clinical resource for evidence based practice, policies and procedures. Current NE RN license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
