Job Description:
Performs testing for clinical and stand-alone toxicology studies utilizing a variety of flow cytometry-based techniques
Performs specimen processing of a variety of matrices before staining of samples with monoclonal antibodies for flow cytometric analysis
Prepares necessary reagents and solutions used in staining and flow cytometry analysis of samples
Variety of responsibilities including: accessioning, samples processing, data acquisition and analysis, and results reporting utilizing a variety of laboratory information systems
Regular maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure proper functioning and adherence to SOPs
Adheres to GLP principles throughout sample processing and data acquisition and analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related life science
1-2 years of benchtop experience (can be academic)
Flow cytometry experience a plus but not required as training will be provided
