SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Supports the sales force and laboratory by serving as a field liaison between Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Laboratory and its existing account to provide customer service and maintain existing business. Monitors all aspects of Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Laboratory service to customers and provides feedback in order to ensure that the established level of quality and service is maintained. The Supervisor of Outreach will research, and document all problems that accounts may be experiencing and work with the Regional Laboratory Director to maintain outreach services and client satisfaction feedback. Supervises staffing that support outreach services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) Years of Laboratory Client Service Experience and Outreach.
  
• Working knowledge of team function within the organization.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

•  Phlebotomy experience preferred.
