This role combines advanced analytics with strategic insight to optimize donor acquisition, upgrade paths, and retention programs. The position is central to building sustainable fundraising growth through predictive modeling, multi-channel campaign analysis, and actionable donor insights. Working closely with the development & marketing teams, this analyst will leverage data science and marketing analytics to identify giving patterns, forecast donor behavior, and inform targeted engagement strategies that increase donor LTV while maximizing ROI.
